Broadfork Summary
Our broadfork was made with ergonomics, usability, and durability in mind. The bent, laminated handles allow for better posture while using the tool; they are stiff and made with native white ash. The handles are oiled for protection from moisture. Included with your broadfork is a quart of oil to maintain the handles. The stainless steel, tig welded fork is of the highest quality for a tool that will be in the elements as it will not rust. Some broadforks use a square foot piece, we chose a round tube, as this seemed to reduce the risk of your foot slipping off. This makes it so there is no wrong angle for stepping onto the tool. We have added a piece of grip tape to the top for extra grippyness. The entire tool weighs 11 lbs, making bed prep a speedier task.
